Being registered customers, they can easily consult the dedicated catalogues and place the orders.

All the data of the catalogues correspond to the ones in the databases of the car manufacturers. The codes are carefully examined and verified, so that the customers can order with the certainty of receiving the expected material.

The management and analysis of data take place through a sophisticated software, Service Optimizer 99+: it’s not a simple cataloguing software, but a real revolution in the warehouse management based on a service-driven approach. SO99+ forecasts the demand and plans stocks and distribution – based on the type of service – evaluating also contingent situations, as safety stocks, second orders, periodicity, etc. …

The functionalities of SO99+ are divided into: forecast of the demand and its management (Demand Planning); optimization of the stock (Inventory Optimization); planning of the distribution (Replenishment Planning).Thanks to the introduction of SO99+ , we can offer a complete service at the highest level to our customers.

Suppliers

Our supplier have in common with us the attention for quality and safety: they’re selected among the OEM ones, with the IATF 16949 certification.

We always choose partners that produce directly original or matching quality spare parts, as defined in the BER regulation (461/2010). Moreover our specialized team analyses the quality of the products we buy: we cooperate with a network of labs that tests the products physically and mechanically, besides checking the materials and the ageing.

Just after these strict controls, the products are allowed to our warehouse and prepared for the customers.

Quality

Quality and safety are essential for us.

We received our first Quality Certification from DNV Italy in 1999, and we’ve renewed it in 2003 according the new ISO 9001:2000 legislation.

The packaging of the goods we receive from our supplier is in line with the safety and environmental regulations. Furthermore, every item insured against possible damages caused by defective parts.

We’ve always been eco-friendly: our packaging machines work in the perspective of a future recycling, according the European environmental regulation; the REACH Declaration (EC1907/2006) assures the not-toxicity of the parts.

Our products are not made of material called “Conflict minerals”, that is materials extracted in areas where child exploitation is in force or human rights are not respected, as specified in the art. 1502 of DODD FRANK WALL STREET REFORM AND CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT.

Every year our quality system is verified, and every three years our company is completely revised for the Certification of Quality.

Logistics

Logistics is essential for a company that wants to maintain high quality standards.

When we realized that the quantity of items of our catalogues couldn’t be contained in our warehouses any more, we looked for a reliable partner for storage and delivery of goods: we found this partner in SKF, leader in logistics services. Both our workers and theirs have been formed in the same way, as to find the best method to cooperate.

How is the work done?SKF trucks reach our warehouse to carry the goods that have to be delivered at least three times a week; Impergom products are then stored within eight hours from the arrival, following engineering criteria studied for speed up the delivery. Daily, we fill in and send the list of orders with an IT managing system.

Thank to this new method, the standard delivery passed from forty days to four working days, even one day in case of urgent requests.
